This community based program is intended to provide intensive services to high-risk adult offenders recently released from a correctional facility with an emphasis on personal development, relationship building, employment readiness training, intensive case management, and the involvement of local communities. This program targets Dallas County offenders who face many challenges to community reentry, reintegration, and self-sufficiency.

This program includes six phases:

1) Post-Institutional Assessment

2) Reentry Case Management

3) Classroom Lectures

4) Employment Readiness

5) Referrals and Community Based Services

6) Case Closure and Community Follow-up
